For product refund/credit, items must be returned within 30 days of invoice date in resalable, as new, condition including manuals and accessories as shipped in original order. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15% plus charges for damaged or missing parts.

Freight charges will not be refunded / credited. Special and custom ordered products are not returnable. Products are not returnable for refund/credit after 30 days from date of invoice.

A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must accompany all returns for repair or refund/credit. Please fill out RMA request form to get the authorization number.
