Shipping & Returns

1 If you wish to cancel your order:

  1. you can notify us by email to before we have dispatched the goods to you;
  2. or
  3. where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 2 below.

2 You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. For additional information please read our Money Back Guarantee. You will obtain Return Material Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning goods to us. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. (Please note Loupes under Binovantage program or loupes under special sale or Through the lens or TTL Loupes are subject to 25% restocking fees. Cost of prescription glasses if any will not be returned.)
3 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required. We will not accept any returned goods where Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number is not mentioned on the return package or where goods is in damaged condition.
4 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 4.3 will not apply in the following circumstances: -

  1. in the event that the product has been used and wear and tear marks are visible.
  2. to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you

The provisions of this clause 4 do not affect your statutory rights.
